The EU and US have declared that they will resume direct funding to the PA, but will not lift the blockade on Gaza. Meanwhile, Israel has continued to attack towns and kidnap Palestinians in the West Bank. In other news, a Qassam rocket struck has struck a factory in the Sderot area.
