Mohammad Othman, a Palestinian human rights activist and advocate of the non-violent civil society campaign of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS), was arrested Tuesday, September 22, 2009 becoming the first Palestinian to be imprisoned by Israel in response to BDS advocacy activity.
In this interview he discusses his work in his hometown, Jayyous, a Palestinian village that is central to the non-violent movement in Palestine and is continually under attack by Israeli forces.
